Executive – IT & Network Administration

Job Description:

Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of Linux/Windows based systems – hardware/software and related infrastructure.
Knowledge of Remote Desktop & Remote Assistance
Maintenance of IT network (LAN / WAN), System Security and Network Switches
Installation & troubleshooting of printer and scanners
Data backup of Servers
Assist project teams with technical issues – analysis and design; execute, test Update knowledge base whenever new updates are received and pass the information to the team members and ensure that everyone is aware of the updates
Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
Handle the client and customer level escalations
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
Audit systems and assess their outcomes
