Job Description:

Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging clients to purchase our services or products or additional features.

• Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company
• Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the business development team
• Effective & timely follow up with existing/ new clients to ensure that they are retained
• Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients
• Aim to draw in more revenue from clients
• Negotiating with clients to secure more projects
• Upgrade the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales
• Reviewing feedback of manager / client and implementing necessary changes
• Keep any eye on networking events/ activities to research and connect with prospective clients
• Interested in cold calling
• Willing to work in late evening shifts
• Confident with positive attitude
• Assist with lead generation
• Provide support for data calls
• US shift

Qualifications and Desired Skills:

• Any graduate with excellent communication skills, international BPO experience, US outbound process
• Excellent communication and confident speaker
• You have a knack for meeting / surpassing business targets
• You thrive in a dynamic workplace- be it as an individual or as a team
